We do not require a deposit to secure a reservation. Simply confirm by phone or preferably email.
If your plans change we simply ask that you give us as much notice as possible.
Cancellation must be made by midday GMT on the day of arrival, if it is not then we reserve the right to charge in full for the first night, although we will endeavour to let the room so allowing us not to enforce this policy.
Payment is by cash or cheque.
We hope this is not an inconvenience, but we do not have the facility to take card payment.
Full payment of balance is required upon arrival.
Arrival after 5pm.
Departure by 11am.
The above times are very flexible depending on demand, if you let us know what time you'd like to arrive, we can usually accommodate.
During busy periods we may not be able to offer accommodation of less than two nights.
We are a family run Bed and Breakfast and we endeavour to offer a flexible and hassle free service, we will do our best to make your stay as comfortable as possible. We want you to come back!
